The room was clean, and the breakfast was great. Unfortunately, I booked a king-size room, but I was given a queen-size room without any prior notice. The staff told me that they would contact me later regarding the issue, but unfortunately, I never heard back from them. Overall, the stay was good, but I was disappointed with how this issue was handled.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was under renovations which we did not know until we were checking in - not a huge deal but would have been nice to know beforehand. The breakfast was decent. The location was wonderful- walking distance to downtown, local parks and the lake.

Location is the best, cross the street is the Finger Lakes Welcome Center, uphill 3 minutes is the small town. Hot pool is another highlight after long trips. Very good breakfast and attended service!
