I stayed in the garden view and the patio was very private as I was upstairs in the trees foliage. The rain shower is really nice. the pool was great and access to the beach is right there. There are paddle boards for use and drinks at the pool. The morning breakfast has everything to get your day going.

Staff was awesome even though facilities sometimes left a little to be desired. For example our room had a non working phone preventing us from reaching out to local establishments. And they never got it working. Also of note, all rooms have no TV, which surprised me but that wasn’t a deal breaker as we relied on our phones and tablets for entertainment during down time. Overall though, I would book here again but not in the deluxe rooms because we had a wonderful view of a bamboo wall. Every.single.staff.member was kind and courteous and helpful.

We kept extending our stay and therefore tried a lot of different room types. All rooms are to a good standard, the delux is on the small side but manageable. Anything up from that is very good. The staff are beyond helpful and kind, they couldn’t do more to help you and they also offer a free one way tuk tuk service which is very useful The breakfast is great with fresh omelettes/fried eggs/scrambles eggs made to order as well as fresh fruit and pastries. The only downfall is the coffee is not good unless you pay for a proper one. There is also free sups to use on the water any time you want and the hotel will organise all trips and excursions for you too.
