El maleducado recepcionista nos explicó que nuestra reserva era una habitación para tres personas, pero que eso no significaba que la habitación tuviera que tener tres camas (supongo que en su casa duermen en el suelo), y que si queríamos tener una habitación con tres camas teniamos que pagar 40 euros adicionales y que si no estabamos de acuerdo nos podíamos ir y reclamar el...

“Loved the rooms, staff, cleanliness of the hotel, but unfortunately roof terrace was being upgraded so unable to use, which was a shame. Also the three bars/ resteraunts within 50 yards of hotel, were excellent for food and drink. Forgot to mention breakfast in hotel was very nice. All in all an enjoyable stay”

“The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner.
