Rooms were adequate with great Aircon. Bed was a little too squashy for my liking as I prefer a hard mattress. Staff were extremely friendly and bar well stocked.

My main reason to rate this hotel as an average is due to the poor quality of cooling on the hot day in July. The staff member at the reception was not helpful, was defensive, trying to convince us that the system will cool the room in a few minutes. In reality, all of us were sweating all night. In contrast, the following day we stayed in Mons and the experience was totally different. Foe 4-star hotel it is unacceptable.

Ondanks de verbouwing waar het hotel mee bezig is weinig tot geen overlast ervaren. Airco werkte hierdoor niet, maar er was de mogelijkheid gecreëerd om een ventilator te halen bij de receptie. Schone kamers, goede bedden. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Hotel muy agradable, personal amable y habitación nueva, buen restaurante. Está en renovación, pero las obras no empiezan hasta las 9 de la mañana durante la semana. No tenían aire acondicionado y hacía calor, pero supongo que lo solucionarán pronto.
