“Wir waren 14 Tage im Ahorn Waldhotel Altenberg und können dieses Hotel 100- prozentig weiterempfehlen. Insbesondere das Angebot der Küche war vielseitig und gut, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eventuell sollten öfters Pommes oder Kartoffeln mit bereitgestellt werden ( beispielsweise fehlten nach unserer Auffassung beim Abendessen mit dem Angebot Rinderbraten die zugehörigen Kartoffeln oder Klöße ). “Ein tolles Hotel zum entspannen. Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer. Das Restaurant und der Wintergarten sind super schön gestaltet. Das Essen zum Abend & auch das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Unbedingte Empfehlung für alle die Ruhe suchen und einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. ”

“Very nice and clean accomodation for the price, right in the center of the town. Bathroom is big and hotel room is quite modern. Only downside is the lack of a room access keycard as the hotel still uses the classic key to unlock your door. In 2026 I think all hotels no matter what location should implement keycards to access all hotel facilities as it’s more secure and easy maintenance for the staff and is just expected these days.”

“Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große und leckere Auswahl. D Der Wellnessbereicz stand wegen Renovierungsarbeiten nicht zur Verfügung. Darüber wurdr ich im Vorfeld zwar informiert, allerdings nur mit der Information, dass nur für Sauna nicht zur Verfügung stand. Bei Ankunft würde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass auch der Pool und Whirlpool nicht zur Verfügung stehen. ”

“Do not chose this hotel if you are traveling during the hot months, there is no Air conditioning nor Ice machines, all other services are fine, clean, location, etc.; but once again, in the sommer is really a nightmare with temperatures above 30 Celsius, be careful.”

“Han renovado el hotel. Las habitaciones son amplias y están limpias. Buen desayuno con bastante variedad. Además dispone de gimnasio ,Spa, masajes....”
