We were fortunate to book this hotel and had a wonderful stay. It is outside of Kochi city, but we had a car making it convenient to explore the area. It happened to be the fall training camp for the Hanshin Tigers. Hotel guests received a pass to see the players leave for camp in the mornings. Such a treat. The breakfast was amazing and with a view of the ocean. The Spa was comfortable and because we stayed two nights they move male/female baths so we could try both.

重い物が持てない腕なので食事の時にカートを使っていて返却にも必要なので近くに置いていたが見た目は健常者に見えるのかカートを持っていかれてしまいました。数が少ないのであれば見た目で判断するのではなく、カートを優先的に使えるように申告して使用したかったです。

お風呂に行く時に下着や小物を入れられるような手さげがあればいいなと思いました 山側の部屋は景色が少し残念 お風呂は広くて綺麗で良かった ウェルカムドリンクや、夜のナイトドリンクのサービスが凄く嬉しかった 晩御飯の予約がうまく出来てなくて、当日飛び込みで予約しようとしたけど満員で出来なかったのが残念でした 朝のビュッフェは凄く美味しくて家族も大満足でした

フロントスタッフの態度が最悪でした。 一度、事前に予約確認をしているにも関わらず、夕食無しでお伺いしてますとチェックイン時に言われて入金済み、事前確認(この時もメルキュールの不手際は確認する羽目になったにも関わらず)しているのに、夕食無しとは？となりました。 事前確認した際に対応した人は？と聞くと今は不在との事、、、。ちょっとどうなってますか？事前にそちらが寝具の準備、夕食、朝食付きで予約確認が取れましたので、当日お待ちしておりますって言われてたのですが、、、。それで夕食無しとはどう言う事ですか？と聞くと、 少々お待ちくださいと裏に入ってなかなか戻ってこない。戻ってきたら『じゃあ今回は夕食付きでかまいません』とこっちの予約ミスのような言い回しされました。申し訳ございませんもなかなか言わない、チェックインにも時間かかりすぎ、事前確認しているにも関わらずの対応、、ほんとに宿泊する前からすごく嫌な気分になりました。 事前確認の際にこっちに迷惑をかけているので、チェックイン時に一言お詫びがあるのが普通じゃないのでしょうか？ 対応の悪さと重ねてのミスに本当に腹が立ちました。 レストランの予約担当の人も態度がでかくて驚きました。 レストラン内で接客をしていた方達はとてもいい接客をしてくれていたのですが、私が行った時はフロントとレストランの受付の方の対応は本当に最悪でした。 食事とお風呂は良かったのに、とても残念でした。
