Property reminds me of home . Spacious, clean . Property Manager and staff was super helpful and professional. Breakfast had so much to choose from and was delicious. A very pleasant stay . Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there when I’m in that area. Convenient to train and bus stations. Bed was comfy.

Home Away From Home!

Hotel Verlooy was an absolute gem! The breakfast was incredible, the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We came as a group of 7, and it felt like we were staying with family!

Functioneel hotel centraal gelegen

Zeer goed gelegen hotel op wandelafstand van het centrum maar toch rustig. Ruime afgesloten parking voor 10 euro. Bijzonder attent personeel; niets is hen te veel. De inricht ademt een beetje jaren 80 maar alles is nog in goede staat en werkt. Ruime kamer met alles erop en eraan. Keuze in de minibar en faire prijzen. Water is gratis. Een aanrader!

Prachtig hotel, prachtige mensen!

Ik heb al de hele wereld afgereisd en de meest luxueuze hotels gezien, maar Hotel Verlooy is een klasse apart. De service is ongeëvenaard, de kamer erg ruim, de tuin een mooie verpozing, en het ontbijt was fantastisch. Helaas geen palmbomen en witte stranden, maar de markt van Geel is binnen wandelafstand. Ik kijk ernaar uit om snel terug te keren.

Great choice

Two night stay on business - with late arrival on a public holiday (when reception would be closed). The hotel could not have been more helpful and accommodating - once I was enroute and let them know what time I would arrive - there was someone there waiting for me. Excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel owner also runs the local bakery - so a great choice at breakfast too. The room was nice too. A short walk into the town centre for a reasonable selection of eateries in the evening. I'd have no hesitation recommending the place.

Personale molto disponbile; unica osservazione: non c'è il bar e non è possibile fare uno spuntino di sera, ma la piazza con bar e ristotranti è a pochi minuti a piedi.

Très agréable petit hôtel.

Très bon petit hôtel, relativement récent (une dizaine d'années?), avec un (très) petit parking. Le personnel est très aimable et attentionné, le buffet petit déjeuner est varié, les chambres et salles de bain sont grandes, claires et nettes. Le mobilier est contemporain, fonctionnel mais de bon goût, on sent le souci de l'esthétique. Un jardin avec quelques tables est aménagé à l'arrière, en prolongation de la salle du petit déjeuner. Le quartier est relativement calme mais j'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver (mon GPS m'envoyait au mauvais endroit...). Grand place à proximité avec plusieurs restaurant avec terrasse.

Just perfect

This is probably the most service friendly hotel I've ever stayed at. The personell did everything to make your stay perfect. We had one of the deluxe rooms on the third floor, and the room was really nice. It has a huge terrasse, a really nice big bathroom with shower and bathtub. The main room was also big and had a sitting group, nice comfortable beds and a big TV. The breakfast was really good as well. If you're ever in Geel, stay at Hotel Verlooy.

Friendly small hotel

This is a small hotel just of the edge of the town centre. The service is friendly and breakfast good. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size and well laid out. The beds maybe not the best, some of the matresses could do with replacing
