“The fact that I paid for the room about 1 PM and I got there at 3 PM and I stood outside for two hours on the hottest day of the year with a serious cardiovascular condition and then just by chance someone let me in a building and I sit on the stairs for one more hour. I’ve also sent more than a dozen messages to property management and spoken with four different Expedia agents and someone just got back to me from the property a little bit ago saying that they knew nothing about it. “really nice and not too far away from old town, only problem was we got told we needed to get a key for the apartment from the security, we went to the security and she didn’t speak any english so we struggled communicating. we then found out we didn’t need a key and actually needed a code which we were told it had been sent to us which it hadn’t. we eventually got it. ”
