My friend and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made us feel truly welcome. The location is great — it’s convenient to reach the main attractions and pleasant to walk around the area. The rooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable for relaxing after a busy day. We stayed in an apartment building, which is around 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Nicely designed, clean and still looking pretty new. There is a kettle, an iron, cutlery and a microwave in case somebody prefers to eat in the apartment. You can also use the spa in the hotel itself and enjoy the good drinks in the bar. The hotel is centrally located, and there are lots of options for dining out just a few steps. We had breakfast each morning in a local restaurant, which is cheaper than buying it in the hotel, and it is local food. What annoyed is that even with closed windows and turned on A/C, you can still hear the noise from the street as all the bars and restaurants are just under your window. Therefore, earplugs are a must. The rest was wonderful, and I consider staying again in this hotel.

Beautiful and modern room. The restaurant staff were very friendly and service-minded. A special shoutout to our waitress Chinlie, who provided excellent service and was incredibly friendly and helpful—she truly made our stay even better. We also received great service at the hotel reception, where they kindly helped me with a refund. We had the pleasure of enjoying the spa. While it could perhaps use a small upgrade as some areas felt a bit old and outdated, it was still an overall good experience. For my boyfriend’s birthday, we booked massages on the second floor and they were fantastic. It was his first time trying a Thai massage and he couldn’t stop talking about how amazing his masseuse was. We had an excellent stay and, thanks to this experience, we’re looking forward to visiting Poland again in the future—and we would definitely choose a Radisson hotel again. ⭐

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year's and had a great experience. The location of the hotel is superb, most things will be 10 minutes walk away. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. We didn't opt for breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive (95 zl ~ £20) compared to options nearby. The pool and spa are operated slightly separately. We didn't have access included as part of our room, but we booked 2 slots anyway to access the pool area. It's quite popular, so try to book a couple of days before! They give you a robe, slippers and towels. Once inside, there is a good-sized pool, jacuzzi, 2 saunas, steam room and a few more. There are only about 6 loungers, which can be a bit annoying. Overall, though it was a good experience. Before we arrived, we were offered a massage deal, so we booked 2 Balinese massages. They have double rooms, so you and your partner can have the treatment at the same time. The massage was great, felt super relaxed after. You can leave tips in cash or by scanning a QR code, which is very convenient.

I was here with my family for Christmas, it was a nice hotel and I’ve been here before. Rooms are spacious and nice, only minus is that the beds are a bit harder than what I’m accustom to, but that’s a minor detail. Breakfast is good. The spa is good. And the bar is ok. We were a party of 3 people and that proved a little challenging at breakfast as the employees seemed unwilling to group two tables together or bring another chair to a table for two, but again this was minor. The bar waiters were super sweet, bartenders not the best. Making simple classic cocktails were not the best (couldn’t make martinis dirty or dry, and the Ling Island Ice Tea that was supposed to be as ‘the serve in Manhattan’ was far off), but good for a glass of champagne or wine or beer etc. overall good and as I expected since I’ve been there before. Location is premium!

We understand that our stay from February 6–8 took place during a fully booked period with a conference at the hotel. When we checked in, Jakub Ko was extremely helpful and did everything he could to accommodate us. We truly appreciate his assistance. The night-shift staff member was also very kind and helpful, although I unfortunately do not remember her name — she also deserves our thanks. However, we had repeated issues with the staff at the breakfast restaurant. Even though the reception had already charged us for breakfast, we were stopped at the entrance and told that we had not paid. We explained that the payment had been made, but the F&B reception still refused to let us in. After checking, it turned out that only one room had been registered as paid. Instead of allowing us to pay directly there, we were told to go back down to the reception to sort it out. The attitude of the F&B reception was particularly disappointing — they were not welcoming, their tone was unfriendly, and we did not feel acknowledged as guests.
