Great hotel, beautiful lobby and bar, clean rooms and great service. The first room we got had a leak and they quickly found another available room for us. Located in a great area close to lots of dining and attractions, very walkable. Would stay here again!

Excellent surprise

Extremely clean, very well decorated, and the front desk staff was excellent. The bar was a nice surprise, as was breakfast. Excellent hotel even with minimal comfort offerings.

Amasing stay at the Cloud one staff very helpfull room very modern and clean good choice at breakfast time , close to all the sights would reccomend had a fab time.

The lobby is absolutely stunningly gorgeous! The room looks fine albeit very compact but the room lacks many thoughtful features - there is no fridge for a cold beverage and no vent in the tiny bathroom to clear the steam and the postage stamp side table beside the bed was consumed by a house phone so no place for cell, etc. the room is needlessly cramped and the bathroom is so small (and lacks full shower enclosure) that water goes everywhere and there’s no room to put your stuff. The kicker was that the hallway door could not be locked from the inside because it wasn’t installed properly (housekeeping said they would report it and get it fixed, but that never happened). It’s a lot of flash but lacks substance in areas! Needs serious attention to detail on a practical level and to the basics.

Amazing location on Granary Island (Wyspa Spichrzów). Close to everything. Plenty of bars/restaurants on the same street. The hotel is part of Motel One. Breakfast was amazing, plently of options. Bar area is stunning and was busy every evening. Room was fairly small but big enough for the 2 of us.

We stayed at the hotel for five days. After our first night, we had to change rooms due to a leak from the air conditioning unit, which left the carpet soaking wet. On the third day, the staff didn’t recognize us and had to double-check whether our breakfast was included before allowing us into the restaurant. On the fourth day, housekeeping came at 3 PM—an hour after they themselves had said the service would end. By then, we had already taken care of getting new towels and toilet paper ourselves. We also sent a couple of items to be dry-cleaned, but when we tried to collect them, the staff refused to return them unless we paid immediately. This meant we couldn’t settle all charges upon check-out. On top of that, the payment system was down, so we had to postpone collecting our clothes until the next day. The air conditioning could neither be adjusted nor turned off, so the room was uncomfortably cold throughout our stay. The bathroom was also poorly designed: water from the shower would flood the entire floor, making it wet and chilly. It didn’t take long for the drain to become clogged as well. Although the hotel advertises room service, it was unavailable unless we specifically requested the menu. The elevator was unreliable and even came to an abrupt halt on one occasion, requiring us to manually restart it. On a positive note, the hotel is well located and visually appealing, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Perhaps we were simply unlucky, but I wo

Flott og sentralt

Utrolig flott hotell beliggende svært sentralt i nærheten av elven og gamlebyen. Vi hadde ikke frokost på hotellet, men det var flere attraktive restauranter som tilbyr frokost i nærheten. For de som er på bilferie er det også et nytt parkeringshus i tilknytning til hotellet med rimelig parkering og rikelig med plass. Anbefales!

Veldig fint hotell med ideell plassering midt i gamlebyen. God atmosfære og hyggelige og serviceinnstilte ansatte. Topp rengjøring! Mye støy i gatene utenfor hotellrommet kveld/natt dersom man må ha vinduet åpent, men veldig godt lydisolert når vinduet er lukket. Frokosten var god, men det gikk litt sakte med påfyll av diverse mat det gikk tomt for.

Supert opphold!

Flott og rimelig hotell sentralt i gamlebyen. Hotellet var veldig fint innredet og rommet var nytt, stort og gode senger. Rent og fint overalt. Frokostbuffet var bra, men de kunne vært litt flinkere til å fylle på når det var tomt og kanskje hatt et litt større utvalg av brød. Eneste jeg savnet på hotellet var treningsrom, ellers var det et supert opphold. Var/lounge området var fint. Resepsjonisten var super-hyggelig!

Väldigt bra vistelse

Vi hade rum med kingsize säng på första våningen mot Stągiewna gatan. Trots fullt av restauranger på utsidan var rummet helt tyst. Bra städning, modernt, bra ac och god storlek på rummet. Valde inte hotellets frukost utan gick ut på stan varje dag, väldigt lyckat. Hade definitivt bott här igen!
