The location was really nice, close to everything but still in a calm area. Unfortunately our room (bathroom) was dirty upon arrival, but the front desk was very helpful and we got a new room right away. The Hotel is old and so is the standard, however for the price it's a good hotel.

Excellent location, right on the river and centrally located, the hotel arranged transfer from the airport and back, buffet breakfast is great, brilliant selection to choose from, Staff were friendly and very helpful, would definitely book again should we visit Gdansk again.

Fabulous hotel with an amazing location. Good sized room with gorgeous views of the waterfront. Excellent restaurant and winebar on site with easy access to plenty of other good restaurants and tourist attractions. All staff were extremely friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the free cake in the restaurant and getting private access to the spa when we booked the sauna. We enjoyed the free bottle of cava for being a VIP Expedia guest and would definitely recommend Hotel Hanza!

Great location

Great location, friendly service, very clean. The room we got was on the top floor and it was spacious and quiet. It only had small windows high up so we couldn’t see out. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Fantastic hotel in a superb location, walkable to all the sights and museums. We had a room overlooking the river, with beautiful views over the city, and it was quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast had plenty of options and was excellent. Would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again.

Really good hotel that really could be fantastic with a few touches. USB and or extra sockets in room perhaps a refresh of the rooms. The Spa is extra cost including sauna! I don’t know why but uber can drop you off at the hotel but not pick you up you have to walk to the end of the street!
