Rooms were clean, tidy and warm with decent facilities. The room was ready for us at 10am when we arrived which was a real bonus as we thought we couldn't check in whilst 4pm. Breakfast was a little busy but the food was nice, and the spa facility is great. A great stay and the staff are very helpful also...

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and going for breakfast was a joy as there were plenty of options of both hot & cold food. The dining area was cosy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would return to this property again. Easy to walk into the centre of Gdansk by the path along the river. The bed is really uncomftable, i fell all the strings in my back. No slipper in the room, that is a minus point also. No sofa in the rooms is the another minus, you have either lay on bed or sit in the chair. Shower room is clean og equipped good. Tv or other kitchen stuff is working good.

Had a great time at the Grano Apartment. Pool was a great amenity to have access to. Just remember to bring your own towels provided at the property and reserve your times at spa front reception. The restaurant had great food when you need some food on a pinch. It was a short walk to the Gdansk centre and there was always a bolt scooter you could take if you felt tired of walking. Highly recommend staying here!

VERY serviceminded, smiling staff at the Reception. Extremely helpful. Great breakfast. No shortage of food even though they had to keep up with a lot of guests. We stayed at an apartment, it was super. The bed-mattress was hard to lay at..that is why we give 4 and not 5 stars. The apartment hotel is SO close to everything.

Very comfortable and well kept apartment, easy walking distance to the old town and plenty of restaurants. Only down side was occasional music in the evening from one of the neighbouring apartments, but it stopped around 10ish
