The apartment decoration is very modern and mirrors on the walls certainly give a spacious impression and it feels chic. Breakfast is absolutely amazing with various French toasts. It’s a sit-down-to-order a la carte menu. You can order drinks unlimited and they will be served to your table. Usage of spa is limited to one hour/day and you need to book in advance. We are staying in apartment and not hotel so you need to walk out of your apartment building to the hotel entrance to get into spa but it’s not a long walk (100m) nevertheless you don’t want to walk on the street with your bathrobe for its a rather busy street. I will certainly come back again.

The fridge freezer stopped working. We reported this on the Thursday, it didn't get resolved in the time we were there. We left on Monday. That's no cold milk in the morning, no cold drinks.

Great room

Comfortable, clean and got everything you'll need in a small apartment. The sofa bed could do with a mattess topper though. The breakfast is kind of different from what we're used to but generous portions and feels very fresh. You choose one meal from the menu (no buffet) one juice and one tea/coffee. We booked old town Grano because of the pool facility but only went once. Noisy and crowded with both people and toys in the pool. I hope the hotel will remove the volley ball and toys for a more relaxed atmoshere. You're allowed one hour a day. After 8 pm no kids allowed.

Modern apartment in excellent location.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment. Very good for a family with two kids. Big outdoor terrace! Excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops all around. Most tourist attractions within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Very good place to stay for a visit to Gdansk. Quiet rooms despite the central location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and very comfortable (Appt 97) our only complaint was couldn’t get an English speaking channel on tv. Tried to get bbc news channel but it didn’t work.

Fab stay

Really loved staying here - it was quiet and extremely clean. The TV was huge and sofa was great so was perfect for ending the day with a film! Kitchen facilities too so could keep drinks cold and cook up some food. Shower was excellent. Couldn’t recommend more!

Wonderful stay, no conditioner and no humid hot day it was hard to enjoy. Parking was secure and property offered good anemities. Pool was awesome! But kids couldnt stay past 8 and they didnt like that.

The apartments were faultless. Just outside the centre which made them quiet but the very short walk into the centre takes you over a main bridge and it's a lovely walk. 8 minutes and you'll be sat at any number of cafes, restaurants or bars soaking up this beautiful city. Check in was at the hotel but easy. The apartment itself was perfect. Just what we needed. Super clean. We never cooked but you could but with so many cheap restaurants we didn't want to. We're already planning our next trip.

Good!

We stayed in unit 12 of Grano Apartments for 4 nights. Location is perfect. Just 3 mins walk to Dlugi Targ and 3 mins walk from Tram stop. It's clean and organized, big TV and can cook. We managed to leave our baggage in the reception after check-out and have a stroll outside for few hours before heading to airport. Sauna and swimming pool are really good places for relaxation after a long day outside. There is children's playing section in the corner next to the reception which is nice and my toddler enjoyed it. My only complain is that the apartment is not sound proof meaning you can hear all the noise from outside (cars, people talking and shouting in the moddle of the night).

It was OK

OK appartment and central. Bad that we could get the two rooms next to each other eventhough we planned and booked many months before. We were a group of friends that was splitted on floor 1 and floor 5. Not good. No phone service to the reception and only 2 toilet paper-rolls on 4 persons. The standard was good but no AC and it was quite hot. The pool was like a playground for kids so we could use it (8 women, 35 years old). Over all it was good - but it could be better :)

Our apartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms and a nice bathroom, kitchen, living room, and patio. However, it is meant for at least 4 people, yet had fewer dinner plates than that and only 2 patio chairs! We would have liked to use the pool more, but the only access is a long walk outside, then through the hotel, and we were allowed only 1 hour free use per day - I don't know the cost to use it longer than that. When you account for the time to shower and change clothes, that's not much time per day to use it. Also, the hot tub was not hot. Pool was nice but had so many people in it, we could not swim. It was disappointing to have to pay for extra towels and coffee and tea for our 5-night stay.

Hotellet var jättebra, vår enda anmärkning var att rummet hade en större samling med bananflugor men det är kanske också svårt att göra något åt? Bra att kunna boka tid i spaet och att man kunde ha med handdukarna från hotellrummet. Vi var ensamma stora delar av tiden vi spenderade i spaet med! Organisationen kring frukosten var däremot inte så bra. Första morgonen tog det 30 minuter innan vi ens fick ett bord att sitta vid och sedan ytterligare tid innan vi slutligen kunde äta. Sista dagen när vi skulle hinna ta oss till flygplatsen var det också tight med tid, när vi kom strax innan åtta på morgonen var det bara en som jobbade och allt tog en väldig tid, cirka 45 minuter tills vi fick maten. Frukosten var dock god och de hade ett bra och varierat utbud.
