10/10 experience for me staying at this hotel. I was told by a local that it used to be a hospital that was converted into a hotel. from the location, food, bar, sauna, spaciousness and cleanliness of room, friendly and helpful staff etc, I was very pleased. A wonderful hotel all around. I will stay again on next visit. Gdansk is also a wonderful city, I was pleasantly surprised! I also recommend visiting the nearby Polish riveria in Sopot.

I had pre-advised that my wife was coeliac and they acknowledged this at reception and when entering the breakfast area, but when we asked if someone could explain what was gluten-free there wasnt much help. The first day a couple of gluten-free bread rolls were provided and on the next couple of days we had had to ask for the bread rolls. Some of this may have been due to language barriers. On one day we were able to ask a waiter who checked with the chef. A mixed bag in terms of success and definitely as good as we've experienced in other hotels in Poland.
