You get what you pay for

The WiFi is good and the light above the bathroom mirror was excellent....so many pricier hotels are impossible to shave at the bathroom sink.Otherwise, the hot water was at a premium and breakfast was so so. Location is good.

The location is great. It is on a side road off a major street in the middle of the town. A bunch of restaurants and shops are within close walking distance. There are some museums close by too. The staff was helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was okay. The building and decor could use a remodeling but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and the hot water is hot. Considering the price I paid per night from Expedia, I have no complaints.

We were not satisfied with the behaviour of the staff. They wanted to charge us way more than what we reserved. There were no towels in the room. Nice view from the room window and good location.

Overall the staff was nice but pity their English was very limited. We had to use google translate. There was also a misunderstanding about the payment due to language barriers. There is a club opposite the hotel where they play very loud thumping live music. They stop at midnight.

Otelin personeli araç otoparkı konusunda çok yardımcı oldular otoparklık asla sorun yaşamıyorsunuz ve otel çok merkezi bir yerde, sabah kahvaltı dahil almıştık kahvaltıda idare ederdi.

Oda çok küçük, wc ve banyo odanın içinde resmen. Lavabo zaten saçmasapan. Tüm gece tuvaletten gelen kanalizasyon kokusuna çare bulamıyorsunuz. Sokak tüm gece ses gürültü kavga silah sesleri ile yankılandı. Yatak sözde iki kişilik ama çok küçük iki kişi için.

Bütçe konusunda sıkıntı yaşıyorsanız kalınabilir

Oda da hareket etmek mümkün değil tıkış tıkış olduğu için her yere çarpıyorsunuz. Ücretsiz kahvaltı görünüyor ama kimse bize kahvaltı konusunda bilgi vermedi yani kahvaltı olduğunu görmediğimizi belirtebilirim. Genel olarak kirli değil ama nevresimler ve yatak korumalarında gereken hijyeni göremedik. Yatakta oldukça eski ve rahatsızdı. Kısacası gece girip sabah çıkmak için yeterli olabilir ama normal bir otel konforu beklemek söz konusu dahi olamaz 🙏

Genel olarak kötü

Otelin konumu çok kötü, müzik gürültüsünden uyuyamadım ve ertesi sabah önemli bir işim vardı. Sadece o da değil, asansörün yanındaki odayı verdiler üstüne klimaların gürültüsü eklendi. Oda değiştirmek istedim, klima ve asansör gürültüsü diye geçiştirildi. Elektrik için kullanılan kartın üzerindeki kaplama pul pul döküldüğünden yuvasına takabilmek için epey çaba gösterdim. Aldığı puana şaşırdım doğrusu.

Oda içerisinde hareket edebileceğiniz alan 2m2 den daha az, 2 kişi kesinlikle birbirinize değmeden hareket edemezsiniz, odaların temizlik ile ilgili ciddi eksiklikleri var, kahvaltı çok kötü, 3 gece kaldık 2 gün dışarda kahvaltı yaptık, 4 yıldızlı zincir otel konforunda bir konaklama beklemiyordum tabiki ama gerçekten ödenen ücretin karşılığını vermiyor, çadır kampında kalmak daha mantıklı bir seçim olur..kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum

Good location - needs investment.

If I had money and the inclination I'd buy this hotel and renovate it. It is a great little hotel, in a great location and clearly once loved - but it needs modernisation and better management. Basic cleanliness was OK - bed linens were clean as were towels but it needs a steam-clean of floors, carpets and walls. Staff smoke in the lobby and the smoke drifts up the staircase to pervade all corridors and some rooms. Breakfast itself is a meagre affair with not a fresh vegetable or piece of fruit in sight. Our room was tiny - we had to get up one at a time!! Good value though - for one night.
