The hotel location is great. It is within easy walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. And museums too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building is rather dated but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. But the best thing I love about this hotel is the complimentary breakfast. The food was okay but the breakfast room was on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the city. Considering the price I paid for the room on Expedia, this place is a great deal

saat 14.00 gibi gittim odam hazır değilmiş bi 15 dakika sonra hazırladılar bana çay ikram ettiler o sırada.otelin konumu çok iyi bakırcılar çarşısına yakın yürüyerek heryere gidiliyor.sabah uyandığımda koridorlarda konuşanlar vardı odalar birbirine yakın ses geliyor biraz çok da sorun değil.kahvaltısı normal .teras manzarasından tüm şehir görünüyor kahvaltı sırasında.personel çok ilgili memnun kaldım ben .fiyatı da iyiydi diğerlerine göre.tekrar gitsem yine tercih ederim

Berbattttt ötesi biryer!

Eğer ki sokakta kalacam başka çarem yok diyorsanız öylelikle kalabilirsiniz. 2gecelik rezervasyonum vardı. Gece geldik odaya bir girdim şok! 2kişi neredeyse sığamıyorduk! Resimlerle hiç alakası olmayan odalar. Yatak desen çift kişilik değil tek kişiliğin büyük versiyonu. Oda zaten tek kişiye göte dizayn edilmil. Terlik tek havlı tek su yok klima kumandası yok tv kumandası yok! Resmen şok geçirdim! Telefonla istemek zorunda kaldım terliği kumandayı. Ertesi gün hotels müşteri temsilcisi ile görüştüm ve otel görevlisi ile görüşüp odamızı değiştirdiler. Yeni odaya gittik bir şok daha! Oda leş gibi pislik içinde. Temizliği yapılmamış pis odaya gönderdiler ve leş gibi bir tablo! Yine arayıp söylemek zorunda kaldım temizlenmesini bekledim! Yani anlayacağınız berbaaaattt bir yer. 50lira daha fazla verin başka yerde kalın.

Temizlik sıfır, Otel içindeki hersey eski bakımsız

Biz son gün başka bir sehir üzerinden aldıgımız otelin değişikliğini yaptık fuar oldugu için Antepteki otellerde doluluk vardı tek müsait otel oldugu için mecburen tercih ettik. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi, çalışanlarda ellerinden geldiğince yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar ancak otel berbat durumda bir odada klima çalışıyorsa digerinde kurutma makinası yok, bir diğerinin kilidi bozuk, özellikle banyolar berbat durumda. Otel tadilata gireceği için hiç birsey yapılmıyormuş. Tadilattan sonra ne olur bilmem ama en son tercihiniz olsa bile tercih etmeyin...
