We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Excellent location and beautiful accommodation. 10 min walking distance to the Coppersmith Bazaar and many great restaurants. Even though they don't really speak English, they really tried their best to provide the best service. They were so welcoming and the provided breakfast was so delicious.

On the first night of our stay, the receptionist kept calling us if we were going to show up because we were out late and hadn't checked in earlier. Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. The bathroom floor became slippery after use and you could hardly walk without slipping. We stayed two nights but no room cleaning was done, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it rather than they supply. There was no water or any other drink in the fridge in the room. The only good thing was the breakfast served. I had a hard time receiving my receipt for the stay that I needed, he said he would email it to me during checkout but he never did. I had to remind him to request the receipt and it took many weeks for them to provide a receipt after multiple asks. They are amateurs and not professionals at all. I wouldn't recommend it. I thought staying in a cozy boutique hotel would be great but I was wrong! For the high price rate, it's not worth it.

⸻ Es war unser erster Besuch in Gaziantep und wir sind sehr zufrieden, dass wir dieses Hotel gewählt haben. Die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit der Menschen in Antep wurde uns hier auf wunderbare Weise gezeigt. Die Zimmer waren genauso wie auf den Bildern – sauber, ordentlich und sehr komfortabel. Wir haben in einem Doppelzimmer übernachtet, und obwohl es nur für zwei Personen war, war es groß genug und vollkommen ausreichend. Die anderen Zimmer, die wir gesehen haben, waren sogar noch schöner und geräumiger – ideal für Familien. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – alles, was man in der Stadt sehen und besuchen möchte, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir sind beim Abschied ein wenig traurig geworden, weil wir uns dank der großartigen Gastfreundschaft so wohl gefühlt haben. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen – kommen Sie und machen Sie Ihre eigenen positiven Erfahrungen!

Çok misafirperver çalışanlar ve çok cömertler. Ancak çok çocuk sesi var, orada çalışanlar iş yaparken çok ses çıkarıyor sabahın köründe yorgun argın gitmiştik öğlen biraz uyumak istedik ancak uyuyamadık gürültüden. Bir günlüğüne gitmiştik zaten uykusuz uykusuz dolaşmak zorunda kaldık , ertesi sabah da aynı şey oldu sabah 6-7 gibi bir sürü gürültü sesi ile uyandık. Yine gün yalan oldu. İyi insanlar hakkını yiyemem ama benim konaklamadaki en büyük ihtiyacım uyku ve bunu asla karşılayamadı. Yoksa nasıl insan oldukları beni ilgilendirmiyor.

Otel konum olarak mükemmel.Bakırcılar çarşışı,Milli mücadele müzesi,metanet,tahmis kahve 3-4 dakikalık mesafede.Sıra gecesi için İkinci bahar mekanı 5 dakika uzaklıkta.Kahvaltısı bol ve lezzetli.Eleştireceğim 2 nokta var.Yataklar daha yumuşak olmalı bana sert geldi ve duvarların kirecinin montlara bulaşmasına çözüm bulunursa muhteşem olur.

Harika bir gün geçirdik.Otel çalışanları son derece sıcakkanlı ve yardımseverdi, her türlü sorunumuzla ilgilendiler. Otelin konumu da oldukça iyi; Bakırcılar Çarşısı’na çok yakın 1 dakika yürüme mesafesi ve havaalanına 25 dakika uzaklıkta. Ayrıca aracınızı park edebileceğiniz bir alan da mevcut. Kahvaltısı da çok lezzetliydi. Genel olarak otelden çok memnun kaldık, tekrar gelsek yine tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Temiz, sakin, her yere ulaşımı çok kolay olan merkezi lokasyon bir otel. Tarihi bi konak olması da atmosfer açısından farklı bi deneyim sunuyor. Konağın sahibi Muhammet Bey muhabbeti çok iyi olan ve ilgili bir işletmeci kendisine ve tüm çalışanlara teşekkürler. Tekrar antepe yolumuz düşerse başka biyerde kalmayı düşünmem bile.

4 kişilik bir aile olarak çıktığımız seyehatinizi konak ortamında değerlendirmeyi düşünmüştük.
