“Expedia confirmed my booking and took payment. Around two hours later, the host cancelled because of “an error with the calendar” — for a stay that was due the very next day. That alone was bad enough, but the refund process made it worse. It took two days and three phone calls to Expedia to chase a proper refund, after the first refund shown was only partial. “We booked (2) Deluxe Apartments for two nights, and both rooms were super spacious, equipped, and clean. We had other family staying at The Wenns and their room was also nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, and they were always very helpful. The Wenns is conveniently located in the heart of Kings Lynn. Great pub, too!”

“5 star experience at Fairlight Lodge. Room, breakfast, hosts, price all exceptional. Hosts ecologically minded with comfort in mind. Exceeded our expectations and we were extremely impressed.”

“the free eggs benedict was the best ive ever had, hotel was beautuful and so much charactor, wonderful staff, clean roon, and even offered Netflix!”

My only downside which was no ones fault, we arrived on a very hot day and the pod was extremely hot. Luckily we bought fans with us. We slept with the...
