Comfortable and welcoming hotel

Wonderful staff and very friendly, top tier costumer service. The food was good and they had options for special diets so if you’re vegan there’s an option for you. Only downside is that our bathroom was not well cleaned but nothing that bothered us that much. Would recommend this hotel.

Easy access & shaded parking space

The location is super convenient, right off the highway, which makes it easy to get to when traveling for work. Plus, there's shaded parking, which is definitely a bonus. The front desk staff were really friendly. One thing I’d suggest for improvement is the breakfast situation: if it’s advertised until 10 o’clock, it shouldn't be taken down at 9:40 like it was during my visit. That’s just not cool.

Average outside city w mediocre breakfast

Average hotell a bit outside city center. Buses stop on main road just outside hotel area was quite convenient. Standard rooms quite small but enough for two persons a couple of days. No a/c, only radiators and windows. Breakfast below average. Scrambled eggs full of liquid and liver pate on first day so old that it was dark green. Bacon dry and seems heated several time. Limited lactose free choices. No cleaning unless you ask for it.

Better for longer stays, expensive for a night

JÀttemycket folk. Litet rum. Inte bÀsta skick. Och dyrt för vad vi kunde njuta av. MÄnga hundar, barn och familjer. BÀsta delen var frukosten. Many people, children and dogs. Tiny room. Was not cleaned or maintained particularly well. Polyester blend sheets and a blanket too small for the bed. Very expensive, especially considering what we had time to enjoy. Best part was the breakfast. Very large buffet and many choices.

Bra boende om du besöker GÀvle!

Fint hotell med bra service. Magiskt bröd pÄ frukosten. HÀrligt med pool och bastu men snÄlt med tillgÀngligheten, endast 30 min/dag och kanten runt poolen hade ingrott smuts vilket drar ner betyget med 1 stjÀrna. Plus för gratis parkering.

Glatt överraskad

Spontanbokade ett rum efter Furuvikvistelse. Hotellet ser inte mycket ut för vÀrlden frÄn utsidan men blev glatt överraskad nÀr vi kom innanför dörrarna. VÀldigt mysigt, stor restaurang, fin uteplats. Stort extra plus för pool och lekrum. Perfekt rum (superior) för övernattning med barn.

Tycker detta Ă€r ett jĂ€ttebra hotell om man reser med barn. Finns lekrum, bra möjligheter att leka ute pĂ„ baksidan med en lite lekpark(helst nu pĂ„ sommaren). För att nĂ€mna nĂ„gra saker. Till barnen hade dom buffe till middagen (tror det bara va under sommaren) vilket va sĂ„ skönt att slippa vĂ€nta pĂ„ den maten. Menyn till oss vuxna va kanske lite trĂ„kig (hade gĂ€rna fĂ„tt funnits fler val) men allt va jĂ€tte gott. Frukosten va vi ocksĂ„ jĂ€tte nöjda med. Vi kan absolut rekommenderar detta hotell 😊
