Hotel is perfectly located, in/very close to city center and shopping/restaurants. Rooms were very basic with improvement opportunities with regards to cleaning. Breakfast was a positive experience and staff were nice and polite.

Utmärkt hotell om du ska till Gävle konserthus

Det var överlag utmärkt, mycket välstädat och tillmötesgående, vänlig personal. För att få högsta betyg av mig skulle det varit varmare i duschrummet. Det var lite svalt och inget vi själva kunde ändra. Frukostbrödet var lite tråkigt mest typ snabbfixat som inte smakade så mycket. Dock ett stort plus för att man själv lätt kunde pressa apelsiner och få en härlig färskpressad och nyttig spelsinjuice.Löskokta äggen perfekta och egen liten kaviartub därtill. Det fanns flera goda exempel på det lilla extra till frukosten så varför inte tänka till lite mer på brödet. Det behövs inte så många sorter men högre kvalitet och absolut något som är helt sockerfritt och att det då också framgår av en skylt. Perfekt ställe att bo på om man ska till Gävle fina konserthus, gångavstånd ca 5 minuter.

Mycket centralt beläget hotell, men ändå lugnt med ljud från gatan och andra gäster. Hotellet börjar bli ganska slitet, och de hade en mycket begränsad meny pga att det inte hade någon kock. Svårt att få rätt värme på rummet, och frukostbuffén kändes lite snål med en hel del lågpris. Personalen väldigt vänlig, och det var rent och fräscht.
