Had a problem with first room offered and hotel receptionist (Gary?) was really great at arranging a new room for us without any fuss and giving us a drinks voucher for our trouble. Could not praise him and the team highly enough! Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what it says, clean safe lodging close to gatwick. Beds were a bit mediocre, but fine. The non-smoking floors still mildly smell of cigarettes for anyone with sensitivities

Couldnt open windows so no ventilation after showering which then caused my partner to have an asthma attack, the shower was very low pressure and water temperature was poor. The room was very clean.

Comfortable Stay for the right price.

When we first arrived, the first room we were given wasn't cleaned well, so we were moved to another room 2 floors up. That one was clean, the only issue we were having is that we had no way to turn on the airconditioning and were too tired to go and ask at the reception for the night. So when you go into this hotel, you'll be greeted by polite and professional reception staff. You'll definitely enjoy your night here as the room's pretty spacious. Going downstairs to their restaurant we enjoyed the pizza & pepsi we ordered which was decently priced.

Overall I enjoyed my 3 night stay. Breakfast was included and there were sufficient options. However, the quality of some items were inconsistent. Whilst the room was comfortable, the carpet needs cleaning and a little more attention to cleaning bathroom doors and other overlooked surfaces. I was disappointed that there was no mini fridge in the room.

Be ready ro pay for everything, WiFi free only for 30 minutes per day, otherwise you have to pay for it. Only one type of soap to shower, bring tour own products and if you're driving be ready to pay extra per day. The breakfast was good, but then again it's not included with your reservation

The rooms are very sparse, no hair dryer, no drinking glasses in the room. No free wi fi, bar staff could not open a bottle of wine as they could not find opener. Nowhere to put our cases on, has to leave on floor.

It all worked out well, being convenient for the airport with an excellent bus service. Good cafe-style restaurant. Not top of the range but good value for money
