Very convenient location just steps from the north terminal and only a quick free monorail from south terminal. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Good shower temperature and pressure. Very quiet for hotel so close to airport. Redterant food and staff good but a little expensive. Bar unfriendly.

The property is conveniently located though signage and directions from inside the airport were a bit lacking. The hotel is OK, but the rooms are starting to look a bit shabby, particularly the carpets. It wasn't particularly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Liked: Cleanliness
Room was clean and larger than most that are in central London. We were given an accessible room which we didn’t need & so the shower was at a lower height than usual so had to sit to shower. Not great. The bed was comfortable but on the firm side. The self check in process is clumsy so feels inefficient. It’s obviously a great choice for a hotel if you have an early flight the next day.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was extremely dirty. Food and sticky substance left on the chair and table, mould and hair left in the bathroom. We requested a different room and it was only slightly more clean. Staff were kind and as helpful as they could be. Breakfast in the morning was good with great variety. However, due to the lack of cleanliness I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Very nice small hotel. Great location-in a business area and quiet at night, .2 - .5 miles to several tube stations or bus lines. Great location for first time tourists to transit to many museums and sights. Small grocery, many restaurants and pubs within a 5-10 minute walk. Room was immaculate, bed comfortable, shower was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again or recommend to friends.

Very clean room and comfy bed. Bar is open until 3am apparently. Food at the resto stops at 10. Only issue was water pressure. The shower was a little lackluster but definitely fully functional. I would stay again.
