Nice place and very clean but be aware, they will try to sell you a time share. Also, the waterpark cost extra - $35 for adults and $17.50 for children. Parking can be difficult but they do offer shuttles.

Our stay was great from the moment we checked in. Our check in assistant was very friendly and thorough explaining everything offered at the resort as were all other staff members. Gorgeous views from my balcony of the sun setting behind the smokies. Loved the convenience of the shuttle buses and the trolley into Gatlingburg. The room was great and had all the ameneties. I would recommend and plan on going back for longer stay.
