This is the perfect property for a hotel getaway to Gatlinburg for any age or group type. Everything was clean, location was central with a trolly stop, the breakfast was good quality with variety to choose from, the 24 hour pool and hot tub was amazing and beautiful, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Chevelle was awesome helping my room get setup with a rollaway bed and providing great information for our next stay on my way out! Would stay again!

I was nervous about this hotel due to the low prices but booked based on good reviews. We were blown away by this hotel for the price! We loved the free breakfast and also the pool and hot tub area was so nice, and the pool movies they played were such a good idea. The rooms were very clean and overall just a great experience. Would definitely come back here

Location was great. 1320 feet or less from the Great Smokey Mnt Parkway. Plenty of Parking. Nice breakfast area. They have a tribute to all Armed forces in the lobby. 24 hour pool and hot tub, popcorn and movies. a negative for me Pet friendly, which caused a slight allergy issue, but overall the room was clean and quiet.

Ok first of all, for what we paid, I think we were very well served. The room was spacious and so was the shower room. We had this large window to open the drapes and on the fourth floor we could easily see the majestic Great Smoky Mountains. Breakfast was INCLUDED and I’m not talking continental either! It was a buffet and it was excellent. They have all the American favorites. The things we AMERICANS love! We did not use the pool but we did see it. They also have a jacuzzi. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room was fairly spacious, with decent size bed and bathroom. Neighbouring rooms were quite noisy late, plus front desk was extremely busy and slow when checking in. Extremely good location however to amenities like the island and other attractions nearby like Dollywood which was just 8 mins away. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff were friendly and the room was great. The water pressure in the shower was outstanding - probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel shower. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great location in between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge - easy to commute between locations if you wanted to do both.
