We loved our stay. The server at Firefly’s was awesome. We enjoyed listening to the piano in the lobby. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel. The views are amazing. The pool looked great for families but I would have loved to get a drink & relaxed in the pool or hot tub without all the kids running around. It was full up until closing time. Overall, it was a great hotel. We can’t wait to go back!

Excellent property with nice amenities and views. Somewhat isolated from downtown, but the Gatlinburg shuttle overcomes that. The only complaint is that on checkout, we were charged over $18 per day for parking. This additional charge should have been disclosed at booking and included in the total cost of the stay.
