The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being able to sit on the balcony and relax to the sight and sounds of the river was great. It was close enough to all the attractions but was also back a street so it wasn't so crazy. I really liked that. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location to Smokey Mtn Natl Park. A bit far for walking to downtown areas. Room was spacious, bed comfortable. Microwave, mini fridge & balcony a plus. Vanity area ok for 1 person, otherwise a bit small. Breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, pancakes & cereals. If walking wasn’t a problem for me, I would stay here again.

We booked a suite for our trip. 4 kids 2 adults. The room was great and accommodating. The kids wore themselves out cooling down in the pool for a night swim. The location was great. Not too far from anything. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio listening to the river. The staff were very accommodating and friendly when we needed something. We did see 1 bear in the parking lot but he left shortly after and we just watching him prowl around from the safety of the top floor.

When we first pulled into the parking lot, the building looked older than in the pictures but don’t judge a book by its cover. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and informative. The room was updated, clean, quiet and had a balcony overlooking a stream which was beautiful and extremely peaceful. The hotel was off the main road in Downtown Gatlinburg but a short walk to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. Our stay was a memorable one, we would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the future.
