I really enjoyed my stay here I've always enjoyed this location. Everything went well to check in process was fairly smooth poor lady was running everything by herself because somebody called in but she was great she gave me all the information I needed. The room was very nice very spacious I was able to get in building 2 which is the renovated building so I had a great experience overall I would totally recommend this place I've stayed here about three times and every single time has been great.

My family enjoyed our stay. The room and pool area were clean. The front desk was super nice and helpful. No big complaints. I didn’t like that we had to take our trash out to the dumpster and that they were specific about where the towels/bedding went. Not a huge deal but I paid to be on vacation so I didn’t have to worry about all those things. We’re not messy people but it’s the little inconveniences.

Our stay at Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered beautiful mountain views that made every morning special. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We loved the resort’s peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Sunrise Ridge Resort provided the perfect family getaway, and we would gladly stay here again.

The Mountain View was amazing! We were able to see a firework display from our balcony. The resort is very well kept and we had an option of swimming in 3 different pools all located on site. We also were in significant range from the attractions estimated between 7-11 minutes.

We were blown away by all this place had to offer! Booked for a family vacation it was the perfect place to be - within 10 minutes of all attractions including Dollywood and all Pigeon Forge had to offer! Also only 20 minutes to Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The place was super clean, lots of space and offered a homey feel with all the amenities. We loved both the indoor and outdoor pool as well as the beautiful Mountain View right outside! Would absolutely recommend to others and will definitely be back one day.
