Great location and good value for the money. Room was very spacious. The floor of the bathtub seemed to have water trapped under the surface so it was a bit wobbly and the decor is a bit dated but overall a great value for the price!

Best hotel location to be in Gatlinburg. Walking distance to the parkway, right next to Ripley's aquarium. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. Our room was big, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pillows and comforters were clean and smells great. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit.

It is an older property that has been renovated. Great location. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We only had two complaints really. The walls are pretty thin and our neighbor didn’t like us laughing at 11:30pm so they banged on the connecting door. And the continental breakfast was really sad—what pastries they had were poor quality and there weren’t many options at all. We were there only one night and basically only were there to sleep but overall it was a good time. The kids enjoyed being by the river and the views and we got to see a bear.

This is a great location in Gatlinburg. The property was quite dated. Our room had laminate floors that left your bare feet dirty. :(. The room as a whole was fairly clean otherwise. The toilet was not secure so it wobbled when you sat or stood up. With the cost of things in town it was disappointing to find that the breakfast was a grab and go of prepackaged granola bars and danish. There are however several nice choices for breakfast within walking distance. They also don’t service your room daily. I had to message them for towels and the dirty towels and trash were not removed. Overall we had an okay stay at a reasonable rate. We also had bears in the evening in the river below our balcony. :)

The bathroom was seriously dated but it was clean and had what was needed. I loved the location. We got the room that overlooked the river and it was very spacious with a good size refrigerator and as mentioned before - CLEAN. The beds were also very comfortable. We have stayed there once before and will definitely be back.
