Our stay was excellent had connecting rooms the balcony looking towards the river was awsome seeing all the wild life kids loved it would definitely stay again

Staff at hotel was absolutely fantastic! Hotel will very soon be undergoing renovations but rooms were still very clean. For the price and the are this is a fantastic hotel to stay at!

Not at all worth over $150 for one night. After checking in, we went around the building to find our room which wouldn’t open. The front desk said they would send help. After waiting 10 minutes, no one came and we called again to find out that our room was actually in another building across the street. We weren’t told where to go upon check in. The WiFi does not work here! Not only that, my cell service was completely out. I was unable to use my phone for the night. Because of the lack of internet, streaming was unavailable on the tv. The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was labeled non smoking online. There are many other places to stay around here, definitely find something else.

We surprised our oldest and came a daybearly for his bday. The staff went above and beyond and had balloons waiting for him. An older motel but you can definitely notice the upgrades being made. Very peaceful yet right on the strip

Terrible! Nasty grounds, Won’t stay here again!

The motel was older, but the room had up to date decor. I don’t mind old motels if they are clean. I arrived at night and didn’t realize how nasty the outside area near my room was. I also killed a roach that was around my sink. I reported that to the owner so they could spray and they asked me if I opened the door to the patio because it probably came in there. A little cleanup would go a long way here!

Great hot water, hair dryer and tv but had dust on tables beside beds rings from previous drinks dirty towel laying in front of tv, floor was grity feeling and bed sheets had grity feel to them too. There was no lamps so the lighting was poor. But all in all it was alright i guess it also has great access to back streets so you can bypass alot of traffic.

This place was very dirty, toilet seat was loose. Shower and tub fixtures were loose and felt like they could come off. Things were not kept clean. No shower gel or shampoo at all. Freezer compartment of refrigerator was totally frozen over. No bedside lighting available just one ceiling light fixture. Bed boxsprings squeaked all night long with the slightest movement. Only available coffee was only instant from a machine, and the juices machines were all empty. Would never recommend it to ANYONE.

The room was not up to par. The tub had duct tape holding parts of it together and all of the racks were removed with holes on the areas where they were. The carpet was disgusting (wouldn’t take my shoes off) the air conditioner was broken. Couldn’t cancel the room once checked in because there was no one in the office after 1. I paid, never went in the room bc I had to meet my family. When I finally walked up to the room I was super disappointed. The staff was friendly though.

This property was one of the worst I have walked in. The building looks sketch and the other guests as well. The place is completely ran down including the front check in area. I asked to view the room before I gave any of my information and I’m glad I did because it was disgusting. Broken curtains, missing pieces of the wall and nasty bathroom. I was so uncomfortable once I pulled into the property. The room smelled of strong fumes so I asked for another room and was told that’s the only one or I can pay $20 more a night which would have been $80 more for a river view room. I left and went to the quality inn, was happy to pay more money to stay in a nicer hotel. Please check your room before you stay there. I have no idea how they are rated as high as they are.

The woman that made the breakfast was up in my face hollering at me in front of 24 people. She literally scolded me and embarrassed me for accidentally making a mess. ( I was cleaning it up) she put her finger in my face and told me that I was stupid over and over again! I told her to not touch me because she was literally had her shoulder on my shoulder standing behind me as I was CLEANING up my accident. I continued to CLEAN my mess and I got up my mess BUT SHE WAS SCOLDING ME THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS CLEANING IT UP! She embarrassed me in front of 24+ people!!!
