This is an older property, but they have done an excellent job updating the rooms. We have stayed here several times. We love the size of the rooms, we love the fireplaces. We love the location in Gatlinburg. We were going to be late, so we called and Caleb put us at ease, that there would no problem. We have loved everyone that we have met here. Oh, we also needed some help after we checked in and Caleb immediately came to the room and fixed our problem. Awesome stay. Thank You.

The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. We loved the wood floor in the room. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly. We liked that the hotel was off of the main road but still within walking distance of many places on the main road in Gatlinburg. The breakfast was quick on-the-go type food that worked well for 2 out of 3 of our mornings there. We decided to go to a restaurant as we left town on our last morning and have a big breakfast meal.
