The bed was hard, and it was hard for me to sleep. Also, other people that were staying there, we went outside and could smell marijuana. This is quite a friendly place and was a good stay for my pet. The place most definitely could use a little facelift. I do not think that I would stay there again.

This was our 3rd time staying at this specific motel. You wake up to a beautiful breakfast buffet each morning. It's always super peaceful at night too, where it's not on the 'strip' of pigeon forge. My family LOVES this motel and we will definitely be returning.

I enjoyed my visit to the area and the hotel decor was somewhat outdated but the upkeep was on point. The staff were helpful in more ways than one and getting a room ‘that size” for the price is more reason to select this place versus the others Thanks Quality Inn

Booked a Jacuzzi room. It didn't work. Room is dated, carpet was sticky and we got dirty feet. Front desk needs to learn English. Pools looked nice but we're crowded. Had a smart tv with no connectivity, so we couldn't watch Netflix. Bed was decent. Room was spacious. Bathroom was tiny. Definitely Overpriced. Traffic was loud.
