The location was great for downtown walkability. It’s also close to the entrance of the park. The price was reasonable for what you get. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They advertised elevators, but neither of them worked. The bathroom faucet dripped all night and the TV didn’t work. I requested service twice, but no one ever came. The deadbolt had been removed from the door. Being a senior citizen it was difficult dragging my luggage up 4 flights of stairs to get to my room. The building is aging and falling into disrepair, but for $55.00/night I got what I paid for.

Our annual stay for the ETSBOA was everything we needed it to be. We always choose this comfy hotel close to EVERYTHING. With a great breakfast and clean safe rooms. Right in the heart of Gatlinburg you don't have to pay for parking! The room was clean and nice but it desperately needs updated. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our toilet it backed up and they moved us to a new room that was a little bigger and nicer than what we originally in and we stayed in it for the remainder of our stay at no additional charge. I would stay there again.
