I had a very pleasant stay here. It is very well located and I had no issues with parking at the property. I had the loft room which was very unique and lots of fun for the kids. Breakfast area was clean with the typical hotel options, and it was not too crowded, at least at the times I went. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, the king suite with kids bunk beds was such a great room for families, very roomy for a hotel room. Breakfast was great for hotel offerings. Nice location on parkway. Beds comfy, hotel clean. Only downside is small square pillows. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The king with the bunkbed was big enough to sit at least six since it had a couch that was a fold out as well. Also had microwave, fridge, coffee maker, beautiful patio view of the mountains and within walking distances of most things, fresh breakfast every morning. Staff were so sweet and helpful. At first we noticed there was some damaged to the building due to a high truck hitting it going under and limited spots on ground level and found parking in the “basement” which was our go to place, not very many parked there. I would stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge.
