I like that it had a river and good scenery around the whole property. The room is spacious had a fireplace everything was clean bed sheets were clean huge TV. But I didn't like that I ordered the hot tub room and paid that same price for a different room with nothing in it and the counter helper said that wrong then out of commission for a couple months

The front desk was great! She was really helpful, accommodating, & sweet. The room was great with a nice view of the river & woods.

Not bad especially for the price. The area is not a great area but the room was clean. The a/c was not great. The front office was stingy with towels as we had 4 people in the room and they only wanted to give us two towels a day and when we asked for more they acted like it was such a hassle. The pool was on too.

Saw so many bears

Hotel backs right up to a creek we saw several bears wandering the hotel grounds clean room with large jacuzzi tub beautiful views great rates walking distance to all the downtown attractions but just far enough off the strip to see all the wildlife and relax in peace and quiet will definitely book again best bargin in gatlinburg

Cheapest hotel on our entire trip! But, you get what you pay for. They're going thru renovations currently, so the property looks a little iffy. In the edge of town, so if you’re lucky you’ll see some wildlife.

Amazing value and convenient

A little off the main strip but an amazing hotel for the money! Right on the trolley line also. Rooms are quiet, beds are comfy, showers are hot, but AC wasn’t the best. The pool was under renovation but looks super nice. Staff was friendly. I would come again! Even saw some bears! I’d definitely stay here again

The lady who runs the front desk was the most welcoming and happy person I've met in a long time. She's knowledgeable, helpful, a great people person, and just joyful. She's made the experience completely. The rooms are clean and cozy, and everything is how it should be!

Great Location

The motel was right outside the entrance of the Smoky Mountains, so it was conveniently located. The room was very spacious/clean and it even had a fire place. The only problem was that the toilet did not fill up water after each flush, so I had to play MacGyver and use the trash bin to fill up water and pour it into the tank. Overall, it was wonderful.

Great room the only down fall was my jucuzzi spout didnt work so well and the jets left a residue in the tub but other than that me and my husband had a very nice n romantic getaway.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very cold feeling as far no picture on the wall. The chair was not something that needed to be in the room. The outside was mess. I know that they are renovating the hotel but they could keep clean . Parking was terrible.

This property was very poorly lit outside. When we checked in there was a roach on the floor and the bed sheets were covered in dog hair. I went and checked out immediately and asked for a refund. I had to submit a request for a refund and they acted as though I never checked out so I only got half my money back. I would NOT recommend this place .
