I didn’t like the fact that they charge you $15 per night to park your car. I mean, where else are you supposed to park? They also go ahead and put a $125 charge on your credit card in case you need anything (ie. room service). Yes you get if back if you don’t use the card…… I prefer my money to be taken only if I use services or make purchases, not held on ransom “just in case”. Other than that, it was a nice stay. Room was very clean and staff very friendly !

The room was clean housekeeping did a great job . To charge $15 dollars per person for a breakfast that was totally disgusting ate sort of one morning and that was enough. To say the toiletries available are Dove products lol..it might say Dove on the bottles but that's not what's inside not that dove is a flex . Very tiny indoor pool that the pics online make it look different I could go on forever. I've stayed in Vegas, NY, fl, etc and never got charged $15 a day to park. It's pigeon forge TN people! I'll never book with Holiday inn Express anywhere again
