The room was dirty. The pictures of the property upon booking did not match the hotel at all. There were roaches at the buffet. The pool water was filthy. Water leaked in the hall ways. There were huge gaps under the doors and they slammed shut at all hours of the night. Staff looked annoyed whenever asked a question.

Our room was very outdated dirty carpet, bathroom was so small you could barely get ready, the furniture was all scratched up and super old, the front desk said they hadn’t remodeled some of the floors yet but they were still charging the same price as the remodeled! I paid almost $500 for 2 nights for hotel 6 look. Very disappointed. We had been wanting to stay there for a while but now ai wished we hadn’t.
