The parking was free, which is huge in downtown Gatlinburg. The water park kept the kids occupied and was fun. Breakfast was a nice variety; the pancake machine wasn’t working so the grandkids were bummed. We had a problem at check-in but that was eventually resolved. The hotel is conveniently located so it’s easy to walk to restaurants and shopping.

We absolutely love this hotel. The whole family has fun on the water slides and pool. It is great to keep the kids satisfied when we are exhausted and don’t want to be out shopping and sightseeing.
