The hotel was in a great location. We hiked the Twin Creeks Trail the first day there which was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a short walk from the shops in downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to feel like you were away from the busyness of downtown. Also, great staff!

We very much enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit areas. They were located along the running creek, which added to the ambience. The other guests were very nice as well. The room was large and comfortable, and the AC worked well.

We can give this hotel enough kudos!! We only stayed 2 nights. The property entrance and outdoors were nicely landscaped and very clean. This is big to us. The staff was very cordial and helpful. The entire interior of the hotel was well maintained and clean. The room was cleaned after the first night we stayed which is huge for us!! Plenty of towels and coffee/cups were replenished. We had to leave at 5:30 am and they were preparing breakfast and offered to go ahead and serve us. We declined but were very impressed with their willingness to feed us before we left! We plan on going back to hike Mt. Le Conte and will definitely stay here again!!
