the staff were above amazing as there were some issues with a Expedia making changes to the reservation( my screw up). First Hotel I have been to that has hammocks and outdoor games, as well as some outdoor grills to enjoy the outdoors. some nice restaurants nearby to dine at. mountain coaster is within walking distance of the hotel as well.

The entire property was very unique. We had a room overlooking the water and the sound literally rocked us to sleep. If you are going to Gatlinburg, this is a wonderful place to stay
