We have stayed here 4 times now and although rooms need updating, the location is excellent, quite and right next to the river. Breakfast is adequate and always hot and staff really helpful both in Breakfast room and reception. Pool is small but clean and overall great value for money and would always stay here when visiting pigeon forge.

Loved the balcony and the wildlife! It was great getting feed at the desk for the animals and the ducks and geese. So many families were enjoying it!! And listening to the water rushing by on the balcony was so relaxing! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay for a very reasonable price! Nice view of the creek and clean pool. They also offer a raft for pool or creek floating. We stayed in the building with king beds. It’s beside a trolly stop and a nice couple of campgrounds. Not new and fancy but nice and clean! Seems to be a safe area as well. I enjoyed the rocking chairs on the patio.
