There is parking in the property but fyi, you will be charged $15 per night, not sure that was clear in the desperation of the hotel. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Located right up a small hill from central Gatlinburg. Downside: Building a new hotel right next door. Construction from 6:30am till 7pm...good luck enjoying sitting on your balcony except for at night. Also, room we reserved (1 king with a sleeper sofa) was unavailable when we checked in, so we got put in a smaller room with 2 queen beds. You also have to pay $15 a night for parking.

Personally expected a little more from this Marriott and the price/night.We & our overseas friends got 2 rooms/king size beds. The rooms were clean, but the bed& other furniture placement left little room for one person to get in/off the bed. The bathroom sink in one of the rooms was clogged. A little disappointed with the toiletries provided. The shower gel, shampoo& conditioner were fine but no shower cap, shoe polish & other small convenience items found at other hotels (only small size body lotion insufficient for 2 adults and hand soap provided). Breakfast had limited selection but was at least tasty. Nothing organic though. Staff seemed a little disengaged, I needed to go twice to get information that should have been normally provided at check-in. Only3 stars for an ok short stay.
