The gentleman at check-in was super helpful and kind. We unintentionally came into town during a car show and sat in gridlock traffic for 2 hours to travel approximately a mile after leaving Dollywood. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to call us and talk us through a "backway" to the hotel which completely saved my sanity! The hotel is older but in a great location and the rooms are clean!

We stayed in gatlinburg for a week but just wasn’t ready to go home yet so extended our stay for one night at this hotel and we have zero complaints! Staff was wonderful at check in, beds were comfy, the room was much bigger than I expected. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but it looked very clean from what we could see. We would definitely recommend this place!

Wanted a 2nd floor room. Was told they all were booked. I was there 7 nights, they were never booked 100 % any night. My room was behind a dumpster enclosure and next to the only ice machine. Couldn't see the parkway and the ice machine was busy!!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool and exterior could use a little renovation, but overall not a bad place for the price. It’s convenient to lots of attractions and restaurants in the area and easy access from the road.

Ot served its purpose

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. The filters on the A/C unit I think needs cleaned though. When it came on it would smell kind of musty. Also, the bed appears to be newer but it was a hard as a rock!
