Fully equipped kitchen, lovely balcony and covered deck. I was in a 1BDRM king suite with a beautiful fire place. There is no elevator to the 2nd for units but the maintenance staff was happy to help bring our things up. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

Everything was great! The amenities, the suite and the staff. We traveled there for a bday celebration, they had a birthday card, taffy as the gift and a balloon in the room waiting. The location was quiet and right on the golf course. There were several mom and pop shops, stores, and restaurants. We visited a few of those the antiques and food was great there also. I loved it so much, I didn’t want to leave. 10/10 definitely recommend!

The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner is just down the road though and the food and service there are incredible! I’m so thankful that we are there! It worked well for us as we didn’t mind being off the beaten path a little and you’re surrounded by beauty, so that was a plus. The staff were also wonderful and extremely helpful if we had a question and we truly appreciated their assistance! Overall, I would highly recommend this property based upon one’s needs as a traveler. If I were traveling with a family though, I would look for other lodging closer to the nearby towns.

Very Disappointed

The room accommodations were very dated, the room was smaller than anticipated (pictures are deceiving) and although the staff was very friendly there wasn’t any type of “service” to rate. They never cleaned our room the entire week of our stay. We chose the “Hilton” because of the reputation, past experiences, and amenities (which used to include tidying up the room daily). Not to mention the ants in the bathroom sink I cleaned out every morning and the spider that woke me up in the middle of the night crawling across my arm. One of the main reasons we chose the Hilton was so I could relax and enjoy a week free from cleaning everything and just enjoy our trip. If we would’ve known that conditions we would’ve experienced in advance, we would’ve paid the minimal extra for an AIR BNB or VRBO. It would have been more spacious and private at the very least.
