Rooms are clean. In general we were happy with the hotel in terms of amenities and service. Parking and breakfast were a bit of challenge because the pancake house, although delicious, had a very long line both days. The hotel was apparently booked and parking was a challenge. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and will stay again if we go back that way.

Very nice clean hotel within walking distance of the Island. Staff are very friendly. Snacks and coffee are kept fresh for guests. You get a voucher for the pancake house across the street, which has excellent food. I will definitely stay there whenever I go back to Pigeon Forge.

The hot tub was great nice and hot enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool also the weather was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful the grounds were clean and very well kept we loved the outdoor fire and music enjoyed the fresh fruit and snacks provided for free for the guest. I believe this was our most enjoyable get away and we have been visiting this area for about 30 years now for our anniversary . And hands down the best hotel we have stayed at short easy walk to the island. Oh and can’t forget the free pancake breakfast at Reagan’s pancake house weather you just do the pancake or upgrade to the buffet I guarantee you will not be disappointed staff there is very polite and go out of their way to make your visit perfect. We can’t say enough about the hotel and its amenities. We absolutely loved it and promise as long as there’s availability we will stay there from now on no matter when we go during the year we just want to say thank you for the best anniversary stay we’ve had in 30 years.
