Great location within walking distance to most everything. Seems to have been recently renovated but the shower heads are WAY to low. I am 5'2 and have to duck to wash my hair. The room was clean and we would stay here again.

Beds were clean and well kept, it got the job done when it comes to getting sleep. Missing a lot of things in the room, at least they had beds. Can’t complain on the price of stay. Happy about that.

Don't stay there, the pool area was nasty and our TV didn't work the whole time. Landscaping was terrible. The only good thing was the location. I heard one other person say he had no power in his room for days and took them 2 days to put him in a different room. I think he was an extended stay person.

The property is old and worn out. However, it was clean. At checkout, I just put my room card in a basket because the note on the desk said "I will be back in 10 to 15 minutes." Didn't have time to wait for him to return. Several sketchy people were hanging out in a folding chair in the doorway of their room. Would not stay there again.

The pool was not open. Even though I called and checked 3 days prior to our stay just to make sure only to get there to be told it was closed. And the locks on the doors are not very safe...anyone could get in without any trouble. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and maintained well.

The AC in my unit wasn't working, Overall the room was clean, could defiantly use a paint job! Parking was super simple and easy, tons of space. The outside condition of the place could use a lot of TLC, paint jobs, weeds growing out of cracks in certain areas, just overall needs a little revamping. Front desk gentleman was very nice and answered all the questions I had. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the unmentioned $75 hold on the card. But understandable for getting a hotel room for $30. Never know what kind of people you could be hosting for that $ amount. But enjoyed the stay, we only really used it to sleep and for a quick shower. Would just suggest sprucing the looks and paint up!

I know that you get what you pay for, but this was actually the worst experience I have ever had with a budget hotel. Check in was easy, no issues there other than the front desk person had a sign up that said, "around the property, be back soon" and was gone for at least 20+ mins, not a big deal... you know what a big deal is, the dirty bedding, dirty floor and then the cleaning lady walked in (NO knocking or anything) just walked in, it made us all very on edge. Let's not forget to mention the large rocks in the pool, the broken-down air conditioner's laying all over the property, along with broken chairs and it really is just a terrible experience. The only good thing other than easy check in I can say it is located in a convenient location to walk to just about anything you could want.

The bed was clean and the air and TV worked. But the shower didn't have a shower curtain and the drain looked dirty. There were people running up and down the hall hald the night yelling and gaving a good time. I couldn't sleep. I tried calling the lobby several times and no one would ever answer. I still haven't recieved my security deposite back.

Will not recommend this place to anyone. The property is poorly maintained, and the front desk staff is often unavailable. We had to change rooms three times due to multiple issues, yet none of the options were truly satisfactory. The rooms and overall property require significant improvements and better upkeep. The only positive aspect is the convenient location, as it is close to the island's attractions and allows easy walking access to nearby areas.

First I was checked into a used dirty room. When I got into a "clean" room it was still gross. The property is very outdated and dirty. Walls are so thin I could hear neighbors on both sides. Only thing good about this place is the location.
