This is our second time staying at this property. It is centrally located to all of the attractions and just a few miles from the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Loved the balcony with the creek view. There is so much to do in Gatlinburg we will be back!

The location is absolutely amazing! It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We enjoyed everything about our stay. If you’re expecting a really big breakfast, that is the one thing you will not find. Parking is very pricey in downtown Gatlinburg and staying at this resort allows you to park for free. That alone is worth staying at this resort.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel provides a great breakfast each morning, free parking, and nice pools for relaxing. The location is unbeatable — it’s within walking distance to all the main attractions, literally just a few steps from Anakeesta and Ripley’s Aquarium. The bus stop is also right in front of the hotel, which made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Room was clean and parking was plenty and easy to find. Breakfast was ok, it didn’t change from one day to the next but it’s a quick place to grab something before going about your adventures. The free trolley to take you all over Gatlinburg is right in front of the hotel. It’s very close to the places to go to such as Annekesta and skypark. Not too far away either from the trails of Smokey Mountain National Park

This is a very nice hotel and I liked how I drove into a garage and my floor was right there. No need for an elevator or anything. Just very congested at time with the Ripley's Aquarium next door. Lots and lots of traffic and people, but lots to do within walking distance. Nice hotel, loved the balcony with the view of the stream below.
