Walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. Very clean rooms housekeeping every day we were there.We stayed 4 days.Staff were very friendly. Air conditioning was wonderful. Parking was great.The pool was always nice and cleaned. Breakfast was normal food egg sausage cereal little muffins bread coffee juices fruit can not complain. The best part we got to see three bears while there.When staff tells you Do NOT leave food in vehicle listen to them.Bears do not know better seen a big Ole black bear ripped a truck liner in half to get to some food the left in the back of the truck.Over all I would rent rooms again. Oh I never once saw any kind of bug in our rooms period. Almost forgot the microwave was very cleaned the mini fridge was very clean and very cold.There is a nice fire pit area to relax. I give this place a 10 .If staff members read my post Thanks for all you do to make everyone’s stay comfortable and to feel safe.My stay was July 5 to July 9 26.stop over to everything auto 🚘 😀

The room was clean except for spider webs in the shower ceiling corner and the front living space corner. The HVAC UNIT was so loud that I had to wear ear plugs. The window curtains had multiple holes. The coffee maker in rhe room was broken. The continental breakfast was skimpy and the dining area was small, only two tables. They did deliver fresh towels every morning. The location was convenient to the event we attended.
