Great place and staff. Location is perfect to get to downtown. A/C units in the rooms could use to be updated,but still work well. Location is perfect with the river view on the balcony of each room. Really enjoyed our stay, highly reccomend.

Would definitely stay here again! Not too far from the all the fun but far enough for it to be peaceful and quiet. The balcony is nice to relax on. Also seen a couple bears.

Had an amazing stay. All the staff were kind and very attentive if we needed anything. The room was clean. The view was outstanding. We were able to easily walk to the busy downtown area of Gatlinburg. The attached Heirloom Room restaurant was delicious for both breakfast and dinner, highly recommend. Very nice little boutique hotel, if we head back to Gatlinburg, this is where we will be staying.

Our stay at the Historic Rocky Waters Inn was truly wonderful and ended up being one of the most memorable nights of our trip to Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel completely at home. The room was even more beautiful than we imagined. It was exceptionally clean, thoughtfully designed, and filled with luxurious touches that made the entire stay feel special. One of our absolute favorite parts was having the river running right outside our room—the sound of the water created such a peaceful, romantic atmosphere that was unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before. It was the perfect setting for a night filled with love, laughter, and making new memories together. There is something incredibly special about this beautiful little boutique inn, and it became a meaningful part of our Tennessee trip. We absolutely loved our stay and would not hesitate to return. If you’re looking for a romantic, luxurious, and unique place to stay in the Smokies, Historic Rocky Waters Inn is truly a gem. ❤️

Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening. Balcony overlooking the Little Pigeon River provided a welcome respite from the heat of the day. Property is well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Very accomodating for my companionndog. Will definitely be back.
