Absolutely gorgeous from the second we walked in. The pool is fantastic, clean and warm with an amazing view! Rooftop bar and dining is a whole new level. Just gorgeous with a DJ on the weekends which made for a great experience. Staff was super nice and helpful! It was a great experience, we will definitely be back.

Perfect for those who want the amazing Smoky Mountain views with modern, updated accommodations. A rustic stay isn't my cup of tea so I was beyond happy with my stay here. The hotel staff were courteous, the room and view were beautiful, and the location was just at the end of main street so a lot of attractions/stores/entertainment were in close proximity and quite walkable. Highly reco this property and I'll look for other IHG properties in future.

Everything about this place was amazing!! First and foremost Sarah at the front desk was the nicest, helpful most outgoing hotel employee I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is absolutely perfect if staying in Gatlinburg. You can walk to everything near by to skip paying for parking. The rooms were super clean. The Altitude rooftop bar is spectacular and the outside seating area is top notch with great views. Awesome pool area with pool bar. I can say enough good things about this place and will stay here every time my family visits Gatlinburg. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel!!

A great location if you plan to walk from one end to the other of the main strip in Gatlinburg. Pool is nice. Rooms are great and the expresso/latte machine hooked me. The latte creamer they have made it so much better for me. Great staff, even at the restaurant. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. They even have laundry for those that may require it and we did on our long road trip. Two washers and two dryers with an app you use to pay per use. A great stay overall.
