We stayed two nights, the room was clean, the bed wasn’t hard it was very comfortable, I loved the walk in shower, check in was easy and quick, staff was friendly and we was able to walk wherever we wanted! I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others!

Hotel was in a convenient location for walking to gatlinburg. Room was clean, no where to put clothes other than small closet, no bathroom fan, lighting is poor in the room area making it hard to see. Parking was easy staff was very friendly it was quiet and convenient for the price.

There was kids running around half the night over us and outside our room.The room was clean and everything we needed...just needs to be updated....no toothbrush at the front desk(I forgot mine).It's was within walking distance to everything downtown.

The room was clean and and had the amenities it posted on their website the bed linens were clean and smelled good the towels as well. The hotel itself was in a great location within walking distance from attractions,dining and sightseeing

Absolutely amazing stay in downtown Gatlinburg. Walking distance to everything. It was very nice to not have to pay for parking in Gatlinburg which saved money to do extra stuff. Breakfast was great every morning, different selections as well.

The staff was great. The morning breakfasts were also good. We had a handicapped room that was so musty and damp that the sheets. Towels our hanging clothes and even the toilet paper were damp with moisture the entire 5 days we were there. I comained to desk but nothing was done.

Our stay was amazing. We opened the front door, and there was a huge mountain with a beautiful forest of pine trees. planning our next trip to my coworkers and family about Clarion Point.
